HOUSTON — Tropical moisture off the Gulf will continue to move inland, bringing scattered rain to southeast Texas through the weekend, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
There will be a nice mix of sun and clouds, with only a 30-percent chance for pop-up showers on Friday.
An area of low pressure just west of Florida that is tracking westward, which will help produce some rainfall this weekend. The chance for rain will increase this weekend to 40 to 60 percent on Saturday and Sunday.
There will be a high of 88 around the time the Houston Texans game against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday afternoon.
Daytime temperatures will stay in the low- to mid-90s for the next seven days.
