HOUSTON – The weather should remain hot and humid with partly cloudy skies throughout the Memorial Day weekend as we get closer to the official start of summer, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez.
A couple of showers will break up the 90-degree heat on Saturday, but most of the rain heading our way will break up before it gets to the Houston area.
Looking at this holiday weekend, things will be hot, humid, and sticky with afternoon temperatures around 90 degrees for the next several days. However, the humidity will make it feel warmer than that. Overnight lows will be in the mid-70s.
There’s a 20-percent chance for isolated showers through Monday, but our skies will still be mostly sunny.
