HOUSTON -- Nearly all of the Houston area received a good soaking early Tuesday.
KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner says the heaviest rain is on its way out of town, but there’s still a chance for showers through Wednesday morning.
The rain chance decreases to 40-percent on Wednesday, mainly in the morning.
The rest of this week will be sunnier.
Wednesday and Thursday we will only top out in the mid-70s.
Friday the temperatures will increase back into the 80s, and we’ll be back near 90 again on Sunday and Monday.
