HOUSTON -- It'll be warm and muggy with overcast skies until a cold front moves through Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
Scattered showers with temps in the 60s and 70s continue on Tuesday.
By Wednesday morning you'll want to get your jackets back out of the closet.
"A wintry mix is possible in North Texas, but it will stay there," said Garner. "Closer to Houston, we'll have scattered rain with early-morning temperatures in the 30s on Wednesday. Our afternoon will only top out in the 40s and 50s."
The rain chance is 60 percent on Wednesday and decreases heading into the weekend before spiking again on Sunday.
Temperatures will be chilly Wednesday and Thursday before getting back into the 70s for Friday through the weekend.
