HOUSTON – Pleasant weather will continue through the rest of Tuesday and Wednesday before humidity makes a return to the Houston area for the weekend, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.

We’ll top out around 82 degrees under sunny skies today.

“Our winds along the Gulf Coast will start to shift more out of the southeast, and when they do I expect within 24 to 48 hours we’ll start to see that moisture start to move back in,” said Garner.

On Wednesday our daytime high will reach about 85 degrees under mostly sunny skies, and Thursday and Friday will be even warmer.

This weekend a chance for rain returns as temps top out near 90 degrees.
