HOUSTON – Clouds are moving back into the Houston area as our temperatures remain cold Wednesday, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
Most parts of town were in the upper-30s and low-40s early this morning. We’ll top out in the mid-50s this afternoon.
“Throughout the day today, I am expecting a nice mix of sun and clouds,” said Johnson. “It will be pleasantly cool, but you’ll still need your jacket. Tomorrow the clouds will thicken up and build in as a chance for rain returns on Friday.”
Overnight lows for the next several days will continue to be in the 30s and 40s, and daytime highs will be in the mid-50s.
Following Friday’s rain, the sun will start to return Saturday with sunny conditions continuing into next week.
