Houston Forecast: Cold Friday night ahead

HOUSTON -- The Houston area experienced its coldest temperatures of the winter on Friday morning with lows in the 20s and 30s across town, and we're in for another cold night tonight.

Friday night temps will be in the low-40s. Friday night into Saturday morning won't be quite as cold as Friday morning was, but we'll still dip down into the 30s and 40s across town.

The clear skies carry over into Saturday before a slight rain chance returns on Sunday and Monday.

Temperatures this weekend will be in the 50s and 60s with early morning temperatures in the 40s.

Next week is looking nice and cool with another arctic blast expected to arrive Monday into Tuesday. Early Tuesday morning our temperatures could once again be in the 20s.
