HOUSTON— Tuesday’s weather is expected to have cool mornings, and an even cooler afternoon, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist David Paul said.

“It will be 55 degrees in the morning, and then by noon we have a northeast wind at 30MPH, with temperatures dropping to the low 50s – upper 40s northern counties—and then hovering there through the afternoon,” he said. “It’s going to be a windy and cold day.”

On Wednesday, the temperatures drop to the mid-30s in the early morning and only in the mid-50s in the afternoon. Thursday will also be chilly.

On Friday a chance for rain returns through the weekend as the daytime temperatures climb back into the 60s and 70s.
