HOUSTON – Make sure to take grab a jacket if you planning on venturing outdoors Friday evening, KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul said.

Expect the evenings and mornings to be chilly this weekend starting with Friday night. Temperatures will drop down to the 40s overnight, but will warm up again Saturday afternoon to the low-70s.

The weather will be perfect for Super Bowl Sunday with mostly clear skies and a high of 72.

A chance of rain will return Monday and Tuesday.
