HOUSTON — Houston police are trying to determine if a man who was killed in east Houston Wednesday night was dead before or after his body was accidentally ran over by a car.
Police said a motorist accidentally ran over a man lying in the middle of the street on Elysian near Harrington around 10 p.m. The driver did not see the man before the accident, but pulled over and called 911.
