HOUSTON – A woman has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the fatal robbery and shooting of a man four years ago in southwest Houston.
Police said around 1:55 a.m. on Nov. 15, 2009, Noe Uribe was driving his car into the Riverstone apartment complex in the 9300 block of Woodfair when he stopped at the access gate. While at the gate, two women and a man approached him and demanded money.
Investigators said Uribe was beaten and shot before all the suspects fled on foot.
Uribe, 33, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition with severe head trauma. He later died.
Police arrested Bianca Emerson on Oct. 4 and she’s being held with bail set at $50,000.
