HOUSTON -- Investigators with the Houston Police Department hope someone from the public can help identify two men who allegedly robbed a northeast side corner store.

It happened at the "Star Stop" at 7065 Will Clayton Parkway about 5:15 a.m. on May 6, according to HPD robbery investigators.

Surveillance cameras captured both men entering and walking into different parts of the store. One of the men pulled a pistol and demanded money from the clerk. The other man then went around the counter and took the money, police said. They then fled the scene.

No injuries were reported.

The suspects were both described as black males. One is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds.  He has short hair and was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.

The other male is about 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 200 pounds.  He was wearing a black New Orleans Saints hooded sweatshirt and black shorts.

Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Robbery Division at 713-308-0700 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
