HOUSTON – Police investigated a report of shots fired along the North Loop after a woman’s car was struck several times.
Officers with the Houston Police Department said it was around 1 a.m. the woman was driving westbound on the North Loop frontage road at T.C. Jester when she was shot at multiple times.
At least three bullets struck her car, including windows and body panels, but she was not injured. She also had one of her tires shot out.
The woman managed to make it to the south side of town where she met up with police in a grocery store parking lot.
Police said they didn’t have a motive for the shooting, nor did they have a description of the suspect.
