HPD: 4-year-old boy critical after shooting self in head

A 4-year-old boy was sent to the hospital in critical condition after he was found with a gunshot wound to the head in a north Houston apartment, police said. Police believe he shot himself. His father was placed in handcuffs for questioning, police said.
