HPD: Speeding driver loses control on rain-slick roads, crashes into utility pole

Police said a man was speeding westbound on Memorial Drive at Westlake Park around 9: 30 p.m. when he lost control at a curve on the rain-slick street, slid across the oncoming lanes and slammed his Ford Taurus into a wooden pole.
