Car crushed, driver injured after crashing into HISD school bus

The accident happened around 6:30 a.m. in the 7500-block of Beechnut between Highway 59 and Fondren. Aerial views from Air 11 showed the black car’s roof was crushed in, suggesting it may have gone underneath the bus at an intersection.
