HFD: Arsonist may have set fire to west Houston apartments

HFD said firefighters were called to a complex on Hayes Road around 5:30 a.m. They found flames shooting out of a window of a second floor apartment unit. They made a fast attack and kept it from spreading, but the flames damaged two units.
