HOUSTON—Two young men were killed early Friday in a rollover crash in northeast Harris County.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, a Nissan Pathfinder with two male occupants was traveling at a high rate of speed eastbound in the 2500 block of E. Cedar Bayou Lynchburg around 1:15 a.m. when the driver went over some railroad tracks and lost control.
The vehicle skidded sideways and into a ditch on the right shoulder, smashed into the culvert and rolled over. It landed upright, but was left a mangled mess.
Both males, who appeared to be in their late teens or early-20s, died at the scene.
