WASHINGTON -- The federal government is taking action because of a KHOU 11 News I-Team investigation.
Last week, the I-Team’s Scott Noll showed you how some wire laundry hampers may have damaged the eyesight of children and adults.
As a result of our report, the Consumer Product Safety Commission has opened an investigation into these pop-up hampers.
Officials expect to finish their investigation by the end of March
Their findings will be presented in Washington, D.C.
