Fire breaks out at seniors center in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire at a seniors center Sunday afternoon.

The fire started at 4:17 p.m. at the 4400 block of South Panther Creek. The fire began from a stove in the kitchen of one of the apartments.

Two people were transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation. There were no other injuries reported.
