A Louisiana family says their well water is flammable and they blame a Woodlands oil and gas company.

The family lives near an Anadarko Petroleum drilling site and suspects methane is leaking into the groundwater, and to prove it they used a lighter.

“Especially in the mornings you come in and turn the water on, and there's so much air pressure in the lines it just blows water everywhere, you're soaked,´ said

The family said the problem started a year ago, about the same time Anadarko drilled the well.

The company has been providing the family with bottled water while it looks into the problem.
