HOUSTON – A small pickup truck rolled on the Katy Freeway outbound connecting ramp to the West Loop early Wednesday, police said.
The driver was nowhere to be found by the time the Houston Fire Department arrived at the scene, officials said.
Police said it was around 1:30 a.m. the truck rolled and blocked the ramp. The vehicle came to rest on its roof. It was removed a short time later.
No further information was available.
