SPRING, Texas – Two men are on the run Saturday after they jumped over a counter and stole money from a Wells Fargo bank located at Spring Cypress Road and Champions Forest, according to Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office.
Investigators say the bank robbery happened at 11:30 a.m. The two male suspects took cash from several registers and escaped in a car. They switched vehicles at a CVS pharmacy next door and left the area.
Deputies said that they found a tracking device and a small amount of money nearby, but have not been able to track down the suspects.
How much money was taken from the bank has not been released.
