HARRIS COUNTY – A 56-year-old man is accused of stomping his neighbor's dog to death on Sunday in west Harris County.
Richard Henry Zielder, of Katy, was arrested and charged with cruelty to non-livestock animals.
Zielder was released on bond Monday, the court document stated.
