Deputies said Graham and her sister, 59-year-old Linda Hampton, got into an argument. Hampton them pulled out a pistol and opened fire.

The suspect was taken into custody at the scene in the 2000 block of California Avenue.

“Miss Hamption is going to be booked into the Montgomery County jail and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon,” said Sgt. Dan Zientek. “Currently, major crimes detectives and CSI’s are still on scene investigating the scene.”
