HOUSTON – One man was stabbed to death late Sunday following an argument over a $50 debt and a tattoo, according to Harris County Sheriff’s deputies.
It happened in the Intown Suites hotel parking lot located on Rolling Creek at FM 1960 around 10:42 p.m.
Detectives said a hotel guest owed money to the victim. The two men began to argue over the debt and a tattoo when the guest pulled out a knife and began stabbing the victim while he was sitting in his car. The victim received several stab wounds to the stomach and died at the scene.
Several guests detained the attacker until authorities arrived and took him into custody. Detectives are still investigating to see what charges, if any, will be filed.
