HOUSTON—The DNA results are in for the 8- year-old boy who was allegedly abducted by his godmother when he was just a baby, but the family won’t know the results until Wednesday.

The test results were delivered Tuesday afternoon to a juvenile court judge who is assigned to the case.

That judge then scheduled a hearing for 10 a.m. Wednesday.  The test was ordered last week to make sure the boy really is Miguel Morin.

A Phoenix, Arizona lab was contracted to put a rush on the DNA test.

The boy is now in foster care.  The godmother, Krystle Tanner, is in jail.
