LIBERTY COUNTY, Texas – Another wild fire broke out in Liberty County early Sunday, not far from where another brush fire threatened homes on Saturday.
The Plum Grove Fire Department was called to a wooded area about a mile away from Saturday’s fire scene.
Because of the windy and dry conditions, several other departments were called out to help.
It was brought under control just before 5 p.m.
There were no reports of damages to manmade structures.
It’s unknown what sparked the fire.
