FORT BEND, Texas—A man killed his wife, then himself while the couple’s two small children were in the home Monday morning, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
It happened in the 4500 block of Ferndale Meadows Dr. in the Woodlake Estates area of Cinco Ranch.
The Sheriff’s Office dispatch received a call from a man who said he had killed his wife around 7:50 a.m.
When deputies arrived, they discovered a man and woman both deceased. The couple’s children, ages 1 and 4, were found in the home unharmed.
The case remains under investigation.
