HOUSTON—As volunteers continue to search for Isabel Alvarado, last seen after locking up a Taco Bell in the early morning of March 30, her children have been forced to leave their house, unable to pay rent.

The 39-year-old mother of four went missing days before the rent for her house was due and Alvarado’s four children have begun the process of moving.

"Organizing what to take, and what to throw away. That’s pretty overhwlming for me. And having to stay strong. Stay strong. That’s what everyone says to do. It’s hard," said Isabel Alvarado, the missing woman’s 21-year-old daughter.

They hope to be out next week.
