HOUSTON – Houston police believe the suspect or suspects who busted through a wall to get into a clothing store may have been scared away before they could take anything.
According to police, the break-in was reported shortly before 5 a.m. at Citi Trends on Mesa Drive near E. Houston Road. Responding officers found a hole in an exterior brick wall, but the suspects were already gone.
A K-9 unit was brought in, but those responsible for the damage were not located.
A manager arrived at the store and said after an early look, it didn’t appear anything was taken.
