Man killed after ultralight plane crashes in Galveston County

HOUSTON—A 67-year-old man was killed Tuesday after an ultralight plane crashed in the unincorporated area Santa Fe, according to Texas Department of Public Safety officials.

It happened at about 10:30 a.m. along the 7500 block of Avenue C.

Deputies and Santa Fe officers found Roger Brown, of Santa Fe, dead at the scene.

The cause of the crash is unknown.
