HOUSTON -- Federal bomb-making charges have been filed against the Baytown woman involved in the fatal shooting of a Chambers County deputy.

Authorities said they found homemade explosives inside Pamela Leggett’s trailer.
Leggett was arrested in July for allegedly shooting at two utility workers who came to shut off her water. The man she lived with killed himself after killing a deputy who responded.
