HOUSTON COUNTY -- The two toddlers who went missing from Houston County have been found safe in Forth Worth.

The Houston County Sheriff’s Office says Nehaeh Kimora Simpson, age 2, and Jordan Malik Simpson, age 1, were abducted by their maternal grandmother, 48-year-old Bonnie Miller on Thursday.

Friday afternoon, Miller was taken into custody by Forth Worth police after her vehicle was located on East Richmond Street in Fort Worth.

Police said they found Miller and the children hiding in a house near where her vehicle was located.

The kids are safe. Their father is on his way to Fort Worth to be reunited with them.

Officials said an Amber Alert was issued after new felony kidnapping warrants were issued for the arrest of Miller.
