HOUSTON-Construction plans for a bridge to handle light rail has angered some business owners on Houston's East End.

The bridge would stretch from Cowling Street to 66th Street and along Harrisburg.

The move will reportedly impact at least 40 businesses.

Initially, the plan included going through Wheeler too, but Metro has decided it wants to bypass that area.

Some owners say Metro isn't listening to their concerns.

They claim the construction would kill their businesses.

Metro is insisting that they are listening to all community input.
