United CEO says employees followed procedures, flier was 'belligerent'

United Airlines employees used proper protocols when a man was dragged from his seat and off a plane, and the passenger was "disruptive and belligerent," United CEO Oscar Munoz told employees in a letter issued late Monday. Tap here to read more & watch a video report.

What may have driven Bill Kenny to kill?

The man suspected of ambushing Deputy Clint Greenwood last week was apparently holding a grudge against Harris County that dated back to 2012. Baytown police identified 64-year-old Bill Kenny as Greenwood’s killer late Sunday night, only to learn he had killed himself the day after Greenwood was gunned down. Tap here to read more.
