Video shows passenger forcibly removed from overbooked flight
Disturbing footage sent to WHAS-TV from viewers on social media shows a man forcibly removed from a United Airlines Flight headed from Chicago to Louisville on April 9. The man was forced out of his seat by officials and dragged him down the aisle. Tap here to read more & watch the video.
Massive fire destroys home in SE Houston - mom found safe
Clutter in the yard of a southeast Houston home slowed firefighters’ efforts to stop a massive blaze early Monday morning. The fire broke out shortly after 2:30 a.m. on E. Orem near Foxton. A woman at the scene was concerned about her mom, who was later found safe. Tap here for the full report.
Security guard shot behind San Luis Hotel in Galveston
A security guard was shot behind the popular San Luis Hotel in Galveston overnight. Late Sunday the guard said he spotted three suspicious men in a back parking lot at the hotel, located in the 5200 block of Seawall Boulevard. When the guard approached the men, at least one of them opened fire and shot him. Tap here for the full report.
'Hyperloop' plans to travel from Houston to Dallas in 30 minutes
Hyperloop, a new type of passenger and freight transportation could be coming to Houston and would bring people to Dallas in just 30 minutes. Watch the video report.
Bill Clinton tweets about visiting Bushes in Houston
Former President Bill Clinton has been spending some time with former President George H. W. Bush and wife Barbara in Houston. In a tweet on Sunday, Clinton said they "caught up about kids, grandkids, old times and new times. And socks." Tap here to read more.
