HOUSTON – A two-vehicle collision sent four people to the hospital early Saturday in northeast Houston, police said.
According to the Houston Police Department, a pickup heading east on Miley Street was hit on the side by a white car heading south on Homestead Road at 2:20 a.m. The collision caused the truck to flip onto its side.
Police said there were two people in the truck at the time of accident.
The driver of the truck was taken to Ben Taub Hospital in critical condition, while the passenger was sent to Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital in stable condition, police said.
The two men in the white car were transported to the hospital in stable condition.
HPD believes alcohol to be a factor with both drivers.
