HOUSTON -- An early morning police chase led to the arrest of three male teenagers, police said Friday.
According to officers, it was around 2:15 a.m. when a Pct. 6 deputy constable attempted to pull over a car for a traffic violation on Broadmoor Street near Telephone Road.
Officers said the car took off at a high rate of speed, running red lights in a neighborhood.
They eventually got the car stopped, and the three young men inside were taken into custody without further incident.
Police said the car may have been stolen, but not reported as such at the time of the chase. Officers weren’t sure why the driver refused to stop.
