HOUSTON – A man has been charged with aggravated robbery after two armed people robbed a west Houston doughnut shop on August 15.
Houston police said the robbery happened around 6:30 a.m. at the Delicious Donut store located in the 13600 block of Bellaire Boulevard.
Police said the men pulled out guns, demanded cash, and then fled the scene with $120.
No injuries were reported.
Two hours later, three suspects, two juveniles and one adult, were arrested after robbing a Family Dollar Store in the same area. Police said the suspects were wearing the same clothing as the suspects in the donut shop robbery.
The adult was identified as Daniel Rivadeneira. The workers in the Delicious Donut robbery recognized him in a photo lineup.
Rivadeneira’s bail was set at $30,000.
