HOUSTON – At least two workers were injured Friday when a tanker truck exploded at a small petrochemical-related business in Baytown, city officials said.
The business’ name is not known at this time, but it is located along the 6500 block of North Main, just south of Interstate 10.
Fuel was being loaded or off-loaded just after noon when a spark ignited and a blast occurred, city officials said.
At least two workers are transported to San Jacinto Methodist Hospital. Their condition is unknown.
