HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Authorities are searching for two men wanted for robbing a Harris County store with an assault rifle early last week.

Deputies said the two suspects approached two female employees in the 12900 block of Aldine Westfield Road last Sunday around 9:50 a.m.

The suspects, one of them holding a high-powered assault rifle and wearing Sponge Bob Square Pants pajama pants, demanded cash from the registers and safe.

Both suspects fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash.

According to Crime Stoppers, the women feared they would be sexually assaulted after the suspects made sexual comments and one inappropriately touched one of the women.

Deputies said the armed suspect was wearing a light blue McDonald’s work shirt along with the pajama pants. The other suspect was wearing a white long-sleeve hooded shirt, black Jordan shorts and black Jordan shoes.

Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. A reward of up to $5,000 will be given for information leading to the suspects’ arrest.
