HARRIS COUNTY, Texas -- Two men died early Wednesday after deputies said their car rolled at a high rate of speed and then slid into a group of concrete poles in northwest Harris County.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened around 1:50 a.m. on Breen Drive and Gum Valley Drive.
Deputies said it appeared the men were traveling at a high rate of speed in a small red car when they lost control, flipped upside down, and then slid into the polls.
Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
