HOUSTON -- Firefighters are working to put out a two-alarm fire at a high rise in southwest Houston.
Officials said they were called to the fire at the AT&T building located at 3303 Weslayan around 2:25 p.m. Thursday.
Fire officials said they found light smoke on the 5th floor of the building. About 20 minutes later, the fire was upgraded to a second alarm. The building was evacuated.
Authorities said there are 30 Houston Fire Department units at the scene.
