SEATTLE -- The Carnival Triumph cruise passengers may be wondering what their rights are after the disaster at sea last week.

At least two lawsuits have already been filed.

But like its competitors, Carnival has passengers sign thick contracts.

One legal expert looked through the 8,000 pages of paper work and found almost any lawsuit would not end up in court, but instead, arbitration.
