HOUSTON – A former technology camp manager has been arrested and charged with sexual assault and indecency with a child and now investigators want to know if there are other victims, Harris County Sheriff’s Office officials said.

Anthony Tang, 38, is accused of assaulting a then-14-year-old boy about two years ago at Camp Katy Technology Camp located near the 400 block of West Grand Parkway South. The camp has relocated since then.

Investigators said activities at the camp included overnight stays by under-age participants.

Amber Strickland, the owner of Camp Katy, released a statement Tuesday saying she’s shocked by the allegations:

“It should be made clear that these allegations did not occur during our summer camp. A background check was performed on Mr. tang and nothing but praise was spoken about him before now,” she wrote.

Anyone with information about any sexual abuse incidents related to this case is asked to  call Sheriff’s Office investigators at 713-830-3250 or Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS.
