Houston to crackdown on rundown apartments after dangerous, sometimes deadly accidents
Almost half of the city’s population live in apartment buildings. Sadly, some of the units are rundown and falling apart. Some places are so bad that people have actually died. The city is now trying to make sure that will never happen again.
