O'Quinn's assistant to be laid to rest Saturday

HOUSTON—Friends and loved ones will gather Saturday morning to say goodbye to Johnny Cutliff, the passenger killed in a terrible crash along with Houston attorney John O’Quinn.

Cutliff’s funeral service is set for 11 a.m. at Duncan Funeral Home in southeast Houston.

The 56-year-old was O’Quinn’s long-time personal assistant.

The two died when the SUV O’Quinn was driving smashed into a tree along Allen Parkway.

Cutliff’s family is now suing the O’Quinn estate.
