The Metropolitan Transit Authority revealed Friday the name of another attorney who was dismissed following document shredding that took place Monday.
The information was revealed following an 11 News Defenders investigation.
Investigative Reporter Mark Greenblatt previously learned the agency had fired its general counsel Pauline Higgins, but the agency refused to say who else it fired.
On Friday, after 11 News called Metro to tell them we figured it out, they confirmed that they also fired lawyer Jakki Hansen, but said she did not personally shred documents.
11 News also learned Friday that another attorney resigned last Wednesday, which was the same day the Defenders broke the story.
