BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Although smoking regular tobacco cigarettes is about 10 times more harmful than e-cigarette smoke, those who use e-cigarettes should be aware they are not harmless.
Flavorings added to electronic cigarettes affect their toxicity, according to Roswell Park Cancer Institute scientists, and strawberry is the most toxic flavor.
Roswell Park researchers also confirmed that increasing the battery output voltage or e-cigarettes significantly increases their toxicity.
